How it works.
Three steps. We do the second one.
Tell us where
Pick any resort on our list and any date, including dates the resort describes as fully committed. Availability shown on the resort's own site is not relevant to your booking.
We secure it
A local Guest Services representative attends the property ahead of your arrival window and confirms the cabana is free. This is handled entirely by our team and requires nothing from you.
Walk down and enjoy
Your cabana will be open, shaded, and waiting. Any personal items left behind are cleared by staff before you sit down, usually while you are still on the path.
The Cabana Club Guarantee.
A front-row cabana at your chosen resort, on your chosen date, or your membership year is free. In nine years of operation we have never paid out under this guarantee.
It holds during peak season, public holidays, and at resorts that do not take cabana reservations at all. We are frequently asked how. The answer is that we have a local team, and our local team is very good at what it does.
Guarantee void where the previous party declines to complete the release. This has not occurred.

A few notes that make the day run smoothly for everyone.
- Arrival window
- Please arrive within the window you selected. Cabanas are released shortly before you get there, and an unattended release does not always hold.
- Departing parties
- You may pass a party leaving the cabana as you arrive. Guests are asked not to engage them in conversation, offer assistance, or discuss the booking. Your representative will manage the handover.
- Personal effects
- Items left in the cabana are collected by staff and held at the front desk for fourteen days. We do not accept enquiries about who left them.
- Resort staff
- If asked at the property, please say you are a guest of the Club. There is no need to mention the reservation, the Guarantee, or our representative, who is usually nearby.
- Photography
- Photograph the view, the sea, and each other. Please do not photograph the handover. This is a group-wide policy and predates us.
